3 Boiled Potatoes

½ Tspn Mustard Seeds
½ Tspn Cumin
3 Tbsp Onion
3 Tbsp Cashew Nut
½ Tspn Coriander Powder
½ Tspn Chilli Powder
¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
½ Tspn Garam Masala Powder
½ Tspn Salt
3 Tbsp Green Peas
2 Tspn Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 And ¼ Cup Gram Flour
1 Tspn Chilli Powder
¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
¼ Tspn Baking Soda
Salt As Per Taste
½ Cup Water

Mash the boiled potatoes well.

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin, sauté until they crackle.

Add chopped onions and cashew nuts, sauté until onions are translucent.

Add coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt, mix well.

Add green peas and mashed potatoes, cook for 2 minutes.

Stir in lemon juice and coriander leaves, mix well.

In a bowl, combine gram flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add water to make a batter.

Take some potato mixture, make balls, and dip them in the gram flour mixture.

Fry the balls in medium heated oil until golden brown.
