1 tsp Mustard seeds
½ tsp Asafoetida
Curry Leaves, chopped
1 tbsp Ginger, grated
3 Green Chillies, sliced
2 tbsp Cashewnuts
1 Onion, chopped
½ cup Green peas, boiled
½ tsp Red Chilli powder
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
Lime juice
Coriander Leaves, chopped
3 Potatoes, boiled & mashed
Salt to taste
Water as required
1 cup Gram Flour
1 tbsp Corn Flour
Pinch of Turmeric powder
¼ tsp Red chilli powder
½ Ajwain seeds
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Heat oil in a vessel, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, ginger, green chillies, and sauté them nicely.

Add cashew nuts, onion, green peas, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lime juice, coriander leaves, potatoes, salt, and water; mix well.

Let the mixture cool down.

In a bowl, add gram flour, corn flour, turmeric, red chilli powder, ajwain seeds, salt, and mix; add water to make the batter.

Make bondas of the potato mixture.

Heat oil in a vessel, add a little hot oil to the batter, then add soda and mix.

Dip the bonda into the batter and fry it in hot oil, pouring some hot oil on them and flipping them over.

Once they are nice and golden brown, take them out.
