1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Pinch of Asafoetida
8-10 Curry Leaves
Ginger, Garlic and Chili Paste
1 Onion
Turmeric Powder
Salt
Lemon Juice
Fresh Coriander
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Oil For Frying
Green Chilis
1 tsp Oil (for chutney)
8-10 Garlic Pods
Some Peanuts
Dry Coconut
2-3 Dried Red Chili
Salt (for chutney)

Prepare the dough by mixing besan, salt, turmeric powder, and water until smooth.

Boil and mash the potatoes, then mix with spices, onion, and coriander.

Form small balls with the potato mixture.

Heat oil in a pan for frying.

Dip each potato ball in the besan batter and fry until golden brown.

For the chutney, heat oil and sauté garlic, then blend with peanuts, coconut, dried red chili, and salt.
