1/2 tablespoon red chili powder
1 tomato
chopped green chilies
1 onion
2 tablespoons corn flour
3-4 tablespoons gram flour
1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

Wash the potatoes thoroughly without removing the skin.

Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them in water with a little salt until they are about 80% cooked, leaving 20% raw.

Take 1/2 cup of spinach and 1/2 cup of fenugreek and add them to the mixture.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt, 1/2 tablespoon of chaat masala, 2 pinches of carom seeds, 1/2 tablespoon of cumin seeds, 1/2 tablespoon of dried coriander seeds, and 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of red chili powder, 1 chopped tomato, chopped green chilies, and 1 chopped onion to the mixture.

Add 2 tablespoons of corn flour and 3-4 tablespoons of gram flour to the mixture.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and mix all the ingredients well.

Add enough water to keep the mixture thick enough to shape into patties.

Grease your hands with a little oil and shape the mixture into patties.

Heat oil in a kadhai for shallow frying, adding a little salt to the oil.

Carefully place the patties in the oil without stirring them immediately to prevent breaking.

Once the patties are slightly cooked, gently flip them to fry both sides until golden brown.
