2 finely chopped green chillies

1 inch grated ginger
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp mango powder or 1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup rice flour
2 tbsp gram/garbanzo flour
salt as per taste
