Cut 1 onion in half and dice into small pieces.

Cut 3 carrots nicely, cut off the ends, and cut them in half.

Cut 2 tomatoes into small cubes and prepare 2 hot peppers.

Grab a steamer pot and heat some oil over medium heat.

Add sun-dried hot peppers and stir until crispy and the color becomes a little dark.

Add homemade dried sausages and stir for 5 minutes to extract the taste.

Add the diced onions and stir for about 4 to 7 minutes until slightly softened.

Prepare couscous by adding some olive oil, 2 tablespoons turmeric, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Put couscous in the steamer for about 20 minutes.

Place couscous on a large plate and add some sauce, mix well, and return to the steamer for another 8 minutes.
