Heat olive oil in a skillet and add ground meat, cooking it while pressing to break it apart.
Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
Season with salt, black pepper, and coriander powder, mixing well.
Add parsley and continue cooking until the meat is fully cooked and the onion is soft.
Let the mixture cool, then add one egg (or two if small) and Parmesan cheese, mixing thoroughly.
Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
Coat the bottom of a frying pan with flour to hold the meat mixture when frying.
Stuff the halved peppers with the meat mixture.
Stand the stuffed peppers upright in the pan and fry for a few seconds before laying them down to cook through.
