Tunisian Chickpea & Beef Stew

Cut 4 onions into quarters and set aside.
Blend 500 g of fresh tomatoes using an electric appliance.
Soak 250 g of chickpeas overnight.
In a Moroccan clay pan, add some olive oil.
Add the 3 pieces of beef, blended tomatoes, quartered onions, soaked chickpeas, 1 tbsp of paprika, and 1 tsp of salt.
Stir everything well and let it cook on medium heat for about 14 minutes or until the meat is tender.
Fry some peppers and add them to the stew during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
Serve the plate and enjoy.
