4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon adobo
1/4 cup cilantro
1 cubanelle pepper
1 aji pepper
2 tablespoons vinegar
