Prepare the panna cotta mixture by combining 300 g of cream, 50 g of sugar, and an envelope of vanillin in a saucepan over low heat until the sugar dissolves.

Soak 6 g of gelatin in cold water until softened, then add it to the warm cream mixture, stirring until fully dissolved.

Pour the mixture into silicone molds or glasses and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.

Whip 100 g of cold cream with 10 g of powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

Serve the panna cotta topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
