Prepare the panna cotta by dissolving the gelatina in water according to package instructions.

In a saucepan, combine the fresh panna, zucchero, and the seeds from the bacche di vaniglia, and heat until the sugar dissolves.

Remove from heat and add the dissolved gelatina, stirring until fully incorporated.

Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate until set.

For the coulis, blend the fresh Fragole with a bit of sugar until smooth and strain if desired.

Serve the panna cotta topped with the strawberry coulis and fresh strawberries.
