In a small bowl, dissolve the starch in a bit of cold milk.

Heat the remaining milk, heavy cream, and 2 tablespoons of sugar with the vanilla until boiling.

Add the dissolved starch mixture to the boiling milk mixture, stirring continuously until thickened.

Remove from heat and pour the mixture into molds. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

For the sauce, blend the strawberries with 50 g of sugar and the juice of 1 lemon. Serve it over the unmolded panna cotta.
