In a bowl, whisk Fried Banana Flour, sugar and water until smooth (not too thick, not too runny). Let it sit for 15 minutes. (optional) Add vanilla extract and roasted sesame seeds for extra flavor and crunch.

Heat oil in a nonstick pan between 330 – 350F.

Peel the banana and flatten it with a cutting board.

Batter the banana until fully coated and sprinkle black roasted sesame seeds on top.

Carefully, fry the bananas until golden brown and crispy (about 3-4 minutes).
