Add a little baking powder to the flour.

3

Add salt to the flour mixture.

4

Add a little drop of oil to the mixture.

5

Mix the ingredients in the food processor for about 30 seconds.

6

7

Remove the dough from the food processor once it is ready, not too soft or sticky.

8

Transfer the dough onto a floured work surface.

9

Section the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll them into balls.

10

Cover the dough balls and let them rest for about 5 minutes.

12

Brush oil on the surface of each rolled dough using one hand, while using the other hand to sprinkle flour on top.

13

Let the rolled and oiled dough rest for another 5 minutes.

14

Roll the dough flat, being careful not to make it too thin.

15

Heat a pan and brush it with oil before placing the rolled dough in it.

16

Brush oil on the top of the dough in the pan and flip it over.

17

Cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown with little brown specks.

18

Repeat the cooking process for all 8 pieces of dough.
