1/2 cup Mint Leaves
1 cup Coriander Leaves
3 Garlic Pods
1 inch Ginger
3 Green Chilli
2 tablespoon Gram Dal, roasted
Asafoetida, a pinch
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder (for Green Chutney)
1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
1/2 cup Sugar
4-1/2 cup Water (for Green Chutney)
1 teaspoon Lime Juice
10-12 Ice Cubes
2 tablespoon Namkeen Boondi
1 cup Potato, boiled & mashed
Salt to taste (for Potato Stuffing)
1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala (for Potato Stuffing)
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder (for Potato Stuffing)
Mung Beans, boiled & salted
Kala Chana, boiled & salted
Onion, finely Chopped
