4 to 5 boiled and cooled potatoes
½ cup boiled black chana
½ tsp black salt
½ tsp salt
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp chaat masala
1 tsp crushed green chilli
½ tsp red chilli powder

Prepare the pani by blending coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, green chillies, salt, roasted cumin powder, black salt, lemon juice, ice cubes, and water until smooth.
