Stir in grated coconut, jaggery, cardamom, nuts, and raisins.

Cook until the mixture thickens, then let cool.

Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat until hot.

Fry the ghughras until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
