Start preparing the dough by taking 150 grams of all-purpose flour.

Add salt as per taste and 2-3 tablespoons of oil.

Mix the ingredients nicely.

Add water and knead the dough gently with soft hands.

Add 1 teaspoon of oil and knead it nicely again.

Keep the dough aside for 5-10 minutes.

Prepare the filling by mashing 4-5 boiled potatoes in a bowl.

Add 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, and salt as per taste to the mashed potatoes.

Add some chopped coriander leaves and mix everything nicely.

Take the dough and use some dry flour to make puris out of it.

Place the potato stuffing in the center of the puri.

Fold the puri in half and seal the edges by constantly folding them to give it a good shape.

Heat oil and fry the ghugras on a low flame until they turn light brown or crispy.

Remove the fried ghugras and place them on a plate.

To serve, make a hole in the middle of a ghugra and pour sweet chutney into it.

Add spicy chutney into the ghugra.

Top with nylon sev.
