Add the grated carrots to a skillet.
Add the chopped mushrooms and cover with a lid to let them cook down.
Once the mushrooms are ready, season with salt and pepper.
Add vegetable milk to the mixture.
To thicken the sauce, add a little more flour if it's too liquid.
Mix everything together and cover with a lid for a few seconds to finish cooking.
