Grate 1 kg of potatoes finely.
Chop 1 onion and remove excess liquid from the grated potatoes.
Add 1 tbsp of sour cream, 8 g of salt, 3 g of black pepper, 1 egg, and 2–3 tbsp of flour to the potatoes.
Mix the ingredients until combined.
In a skillet, heat sunflower oil over medium heat.
Fry the mixture until golden brown, then turn over and fry over low heat until golden brown.
Chop 1 onion coarsely.
Cut 300 g of pork belly into medium-sized pieces, separating the fat from the meat.
In the same skillet, fry the pork belly until golden brown.
Add the chopped onion and 150 g of coarsely chopped mushrooms to the skillet.
Season with 6 g of salt and 3 g of black pepper, and stir in some sour cream.
Finish by adding dill and parsley.
