In a mixing bowl, add 3-4 tablespoons of green chutney.
Add 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup.
Add 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste (optional).
Add 1/2 teaspoon of chaat masala and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder.
Finally, add 2 teaspoons of corn flour and mix everything quickly.
Cut 200 grams of paneer into cubes and add it to the marinade.
Coat the paneer cubes well with the marinade.
Let the marinated paneer rest for about 15 minutes to infuse the flavors.
After 15 minutes, coat the marinated paneer cubes with a little corn flour for extra crispiness.
Take boiled noodles and wrap them around the paneer cubes evenly.
Heat oil in a pan and drop the prepared paneer cubes one by one into the hot oil.
Fry the paneer on medium flame until crispy, turning occasionally.
Once fried, remove the paneer bombs from the oil.
