1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder
1/4 cup spring onion, chopped

In a large bowl, add rice flour and salt.

Gradually add warm water and mix to form a stiff dough.

Knead the dough with hands and cover it, letting it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Take small portions of the dough and shape them into long cylindrical logs.

Cut the logs into pieces about 2 inches long.

Drizzle some oil over the rice cakes and mix.

Heat water in a pot and once boiling, add the rice cakes.
