INGREDIENTS * Rice Flour - चावल का आटा * Water - पानी * Corn-starch - मकई का स्टार्च * Sesame Oil - तिल का तेल * Cheery Pepper - चेरी पेपर * Spring Onion - प्याज़ का पत्ता * Gochujang - गोचुजांग * Garlic - लहसुन * Soy Sauce - सोया सॉस * Vinegar - सिरका * Brown Sugar - भूरी शक्कर METHOD * For the rice cake mix 2 cups of rice flour, salt corn-starch in warm water Make it a dough and shape it into 3–4-inch cylinders. *To make the sauce Heat oil and sauté- Cherry peppers, springs onion, gochujang, gochugaru, soya sauce and brown sugar. * To complete the sauce once the rice cakes are boiled add some of its water. * Boil water add sesame oil * Put the rice cakes in the water and boil until it floats. * Add in the rice cakes. to the sauce and toss it well * Finish it with spring onion greens and sesame.
