Start by making the dough for the paratha burger.
In a bowl, add 2 cups of maida (all-purpose flour).
Add 1 tablespoon of Amul salted butter to the flour.
Add salt according to taste, keeping in mind the salted butter.
Mix the butter into the flour until small lumps of butter are formed.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder and mix well.
Gradually add water to form a soft dough, ensuring it is not too hard.
Knead the dough well to develop gluten, making it stretchy.
Once the dough is ready, coat it with oil and let it rest for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, divide the dough into small balls and let them rest for another 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough balls into thin layers, ensuring they are well-oiled to prevent sticking.
Cut the rolled dough into thin strips using a pizza cutter.
Brush the strips with butter to ensure crispiness and layer them together.
Shape the layered dough into a paratha and let it rest for another 15-20 minutes before cooking.
Prepare the burger patty by mashing 1 cup of boiled rajma until smooth.
Mix in bread crumbs, chopped parsley, coriander, onions, black olives, cumin powder, black pepper, chopped jalapenos, and smoked paprika.
Form the mixture into patties and set aside.
