1 pound ground meat preferably with fat
1 big tomato
1 medium onion
½ cup chopped parsley
2 Tbsp tomato sauce
2 Tbsp red pepper paste mild or hot or 1 small red pepper
1-2 garlic clove
1 small green pepper
1/2 -1 tsp black pepper
½-1 tsp crushed red pepper or hot sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2-1 tsp 7 spices
1-2 Tbsp HP or A1 sauce (optional)
3 cups flour
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp oil
1 cup warm water

Process onion and garlic in a food processor until very fine texture.

Process parsley in a food processor until very fine texture.

Process green pepper and red pepper in a food processor until very fine texture.

Mix ground beef, onion and garlic, parsley, green and red pepper, spices, salt, tomato and red pepper paste, and HP or A1 sauce.

Set aside until you prepare the dough.

Mix all dough ingredients together and knead for a few minutes until the dough is smooth and soft.

Cover and let the dough rest for ½-1 hour.

Preheat oven to 450-500 F.

Make balls of the dough and dip them in flour.

Roll out each ball into a very thin almost round shape.

Spread a generous amount of topping on each one.

Arrange on a big baking sheet lined with parchment paper or brushed with oil.

Put the baking pan on the lower rack of the oven.

Bake for a few minutes or until the edges are light brown.
