Mix in 0.5 tsp of green cardamom powder, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, and 1 tsp of chili powder.
Add 1 tsp of red color for vibrancy.
Incorporate 1.5 tsp of garlic ginger paste and 1 tbsp of oil.
Add a generous amount of fresh coriander and a small amount of chopped onion.
Mix well and then add 10-12 lamb chops, ensuring they are well coated.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, ideally overnight.
Grill the marinated lamb chops on a charcoal barbecue or a dry frying pan.
