Fish Lumpia

1 kg galunggong, shredded
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium carrot, chopped
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup cornstarch or all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 ground pepper
lumpia wrapper
cooking oil for frying

In a bowl, combine the shredded galunggong, chopped onion, chopped carrot, chopped red bell pepper, chopped green bell pepper, cornstarch or all purpose flour, salt, and ground pepper.

Mix the ingredients until well combined.

Take a lumpia wrapper and place a portion of the filling in the center.

Roll the wrapper tightly around the filling, sealing the edges with a bit of water.

Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry the lumpia until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
