Measure 1 cup of cooked sorghum and 4 cups of water.
Put the mixture on the cooker to start boiling.
Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for around 45-50 minutes.
Add full fat coconut milk and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
Allow the mixture to boil again, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Add walnuts, pumpkin pie spice, hazelnut butter, lemon zest, and Monk fruit sweetener to the porridge.
Stir until combined and the porridge is ready.
Top with grated dark chocolate or toppings of your choice.
