Sift 300 grams of flour into a bowl.

Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp baking powder to the flour.

Pour in 200 ml of warm water and stir the mixture.

Knead the dough by hand for 2 minutes until it is medium soft.

Cover the dough and leave it to rest for 10-15 minutes.

Finely chop 150 grams of spring onion.

Grate 150 grams of hard cheese of your choice.

Melt 100 grams of unsalted butter in a separate bowl.

Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each piece into a ball.

Roll out each dough ball as thinly as possible.
