Homemade Granola with Silan Honey

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, nuts, and seeds.

Add silan honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the melted coconut oil; stir until well combined.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients; mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Once cooled, mix in dried fruit.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
