How to Make Grilled Salmon Using Foil : Grilling Out

Prepare a piece of foil for grilling.

Add about 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the center of the foil and spread it around with your fingers.

Place the chopped vegetables (zucchini and peppers) in the center of the foil to create a bed for the fish.

Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of garlic over the vegetables.

Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.

Add 1-2 pinches of butter on each side of the vegetables.

Lay the salmon on top of the vegetables.

Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil and butter.

Fold the foil to create a pouch, shaping it like an uppercase 'I'.

Pour 1-2 tablespoons of white wine over the salmon in the pouch.

Seal the foil pouch tightly.

Place the foil pouch on the grill and close the lid.

Grill for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, carefully open the pouch to check the salmon and vegetables.

Remove the salmon and vegetables from the pouch and plate them, ensuring to keep the juices.

Drizzle the juices from the pouch over the plated fish and vegetables.
