3 salmon fillets, 1-inch thick
¾ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp horseradish, prepared
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1½ tbsp olive oil
½ tbsp horseradish, prepared
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp soy sauce

To make the tartar sauce, add sour cream, mayonnaise, basil, lemon juice, horseradish, and soy sauce and mix.

Season with salt and black pepper. Mix and set aside.

To make the seasoning sauce, add olive oil, horseradish, garlic powder, black pepper, salt and soy sauce.

Mix using a whisk.

Prepare the salmon fillets and brush the seasoning sauce on both sides of the salmon.

Grease the grill, and heat the grill to medium-high heat.

Place the salmon and cook for 5 minutes on both sides.
