Healthy High Protein Food Recipe "Grilled Salmon" From Granny's Kitchen

Go grocery shopping and select fresh salmon.

In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 teaspoons lemon pepper, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Whisk lightly.

Pour the mixture into a resealable plastic bag.

Add the 4 salmon fillets to the bag and coat them with the marinade.

Squeeze out excess air from the bag and seal it.

Marinate the salmon in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Preheat an outdoor grill on medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.

Remove the salmon from the marinade, shaking off the excess, and discard the remaining marinade.

Grill the salmon on the preheated grill until browned and the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 5 minutes on each side.

Serve the grilled salmon.
