2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
3 large onions
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp tamarind juice
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 kg ground beef
70 g beef balls
