1 cup smoked tuna (valhomas)
1 cup overnight soaked rice
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/4 cup flour
2 garlic cloves
1/2 a lemon
1/4 tsp turmeric
curry leaves

2 tbsp water

Chop the onion and garlic.

In a bowl, combine the chopped onion, smoked tuna, soaked rice, grated coconut, flour, minced garlic, juice of half a lemon, turmeric, curry leaves, chopped chili, water, and salt.
