Rinse the cocoyam, put in a pot, pour water to cover them and start cooking.

Rinse and cook the beef, cow skin, stockfish, and snail together in a pressure pot.

Put the dry fish in a container, pour water to cover them and set aside to soften.

Pick the okazi and ugu, rinse them separately, and cut the okazi into very thin slices and the ugu into tiny pieces.

Check the cocoyam from time to time and top up the water if necessary.

Once the cocoyam is done, peel and pound them in a mortar or blend them until sticky and stretchy.

Add the cooked meats, crayfish, and dry fish to a pot and cover to boil.

Add palm oil and the cocoyam in small lumps to the pot.

Cover and continue cooking on high heat until the desired consistency is achieved, removing any lumps of cocoyam that haven't dissolved.

Stir in the habanero pepper, okazi, and ugu, cover and cook until it boils again.

Add salt if necessary, stir, and transfer to a cool container immediately.
