In a bowl, mix together the semolina, coconut, sugar, and baking powder.

Add the milk, corn oil, and water to the mixture and combine well.

Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Pour the batter into a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes.

While the cake is baking, prepare the syrup by boiling water, sugar, lemon slice, and honey together until it thickens slightly.
