Mix the ingredients together using a wooden spoon until well combined.
Spray a medium muffin pan with cooking spray.
Place a wonton wrapper into each cup of the muffin pan, being careful as they are delicate.
Spoon a teaspoon of the crab mixture into each wonton wrapper cup.
Optionally, prepare the crab mixture ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to fill the cups.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
Check for doneness by ensuring the edges are brown and the filling is heated through.
Sprinkle a little chopped green onion on top to finish each cup before serving.
