1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced

Grill the beef sirloin over medium-high heat until cooked to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Remove the beef from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
