Simmer on low heat for 1.5-2 hours until meat is tender.
In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt to make batter for blini.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
Pour batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom.
Cook blini for 1-2 minutes until golden, then flip and cook for another minute.
Serve blini with the meat stew and a dollop of sour cream.
