Sear pork steak for 1 to 2 minutes per side.

Sear for 2 to 3 minutes per side, basting with herby butter.
Let the meat rest.

Add red wine and let it simmer to cook off the alcohol taste.
Add beef broth made from a beef cube and hot water.
Season with one teaspoon of oregano powder and mix well, then simmer until smooth.
Plate the pork steak and pour the red wine sauce on top.
