Air Fryer Pork Steak

4 Pork steak (about 1 inch thick, steak is about 120g each)
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil (substitute with any other flavorless cooking oil of choice)
1 ½ Tablespoon pork seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste

Pat each steak with a kitchen paper towel.

Preheat the air fryer at 200C/400F for 5 minutes.

Brush the steak with oil lightly, season with salt and black pepper, then sprinkle generously with pork rub. Flip and repeat the seasoning on the other side.

Place the pork steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes flipping it halfway through.

After 8 minutes, open the air fryer and check if it is cooked through by inserting a cooking thermometer in the thickest part of the steak. It should read at least 145F / 63C, if it is not yet fully cooked, close the air fryer and cook for a few more minutes.

Remove from heat and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before cutting into it. Serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy
