After 2 minutes, gently flip the fish and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the juice of 1 lemon to the skillet after flipping the fish.
Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet and let it melt while cooking the fish.
Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes, rotating the fish gently to avoid breaking it.
Once cooked, garnish with fresh coriander and pour the lemon butter garlic sauce over the fish.
