In a pot, add a little olive oil and 500 g of chopped tocinho; fry until crispy and then set aside.

Add 4 chopped leaves of collard greens; season with black pepper and salt to taste. Mix until wilted and then set aside.

Add 1 cup of farinha de mandioca and stir until lightly toasted.

Combine the previously cooked sausage, tocinho, bacon, eggs, and collard greens into the mixture; mix everything well.

Add 600 g of cooked black beans and mix again.
