400 g lamb liver
1.5 cups water
1 cup rice

Heat the pan and pour in 10 ml of oil.

Put in 20 cloves of garlic and sauté and mix well.

Add one and a half cups of water and one cup of washed and soaked rice. Mix well.

Cook for 8 to 10 minutes in the pressure cooker.

Take off the pan and serve with coriander leaves and curry leaves as garnish.
