500g ground lamb
1 Onion
handful of Parsley
2 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Dry oregano
1/2 tsp Black pepper
3 tsp Salt
2 tsp Paprika powder
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tbsp Tomato paste
1 Egg

Combine ground beef and ground lamb in a bowl.

Finely chop the onion and parsley, then add to the meat mixture.

Add cumin powder, dry oregano, black pepper, salt, paprika powder, chili powder, garlic powder, and tomato paste to the mixture.

Crack the egg into the mixture and combine thoroughly.

Cover the mixture and marinate for 8 hours in the refrigerator.

After marinating, shape the mixture onto skewers.

Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
