Instructions
- 1In a blender, combine the almond milk, banana, spinach, and yogurt.
- 2Add the chia seeds, honey (or maple syrup), ginger, and cinnamon to the blender.
- 3Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- 4If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
- 5Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- 6Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
