Place 2 sweet chocolate bars into a saucepan.

Pour 2 tablespoons of milk into the saucepan with the chocolate bars.

Melt the chocolate bars over low heat, stirring until fully melted (approximately 2 to 4 minutes).

Once melted, pour in 2 cups of skim milk and stir until well blended.

Bring the hot chocolate to a boil for approximately 2 minutes.

Reduce the heat to low and give it a quick stir.

Add small pieces of edam cheese into a cup and pour the hot chocolate over it.
