fish sauce

Soak Bean Thread noodles in water for about 45 minutes to an hour and a half.
Soak mushrooms in water for at least 45 minutes to 2 hours.
Chop up all the vegetables.
Add sliced vegetables to the turkey meat and mix well.
Add soaked Bean Thread noodles to the mixture.
Add oyster sauce, black pepper, MSG, salt, and sugar to the mixture.
Add eggs and mix all ingredients together well.
Wrap the egg rolls with the filling mixture.
Fry the wrapped egg rolls until golden brown.
Serve with chili fish sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
