1-2 Thai bird chilies, finely chopped
1 tsp chili powder

Quantities are estimated based on standard recipes for your convenience. The actual ingredients used in this video are accurate.

1

Chop all the veggies any way you want.

2

Make your own chili flakes from dry chilies or use ready-made chili flakes from the supermarket.

3

Prepare rice powder by roasting rice on low heat without oil until light golden brown and aromatic.

4

Roast dry chilies in the same way until they become powdery and aromatic.

Cook the minced beef in a pan without oil, stirring until cooked through. You can add a tiny bit of water if needed.
